All, Please ignore my question. For future reference I'll post the answer. The header used there is actually an image (also explains why I could not find it with a text search). The image is located in var/logo-otrs.png. I can be set through 'bConfig Options: Framework -> Core::PDF' and then modify the value for 'PDF::LogoFile:' Arnold.

Hi,
When I print a ticket in PDF it shows a header with the text: '((otrs)) Communication with success!'. I've searched everywhere for this header, because I'd like to modify it to include our company name.
I've tried locating this header in: PrintHeader.dtl AgentTicketPrint.dtl AgentTicketPrint.pm
However I could not find it? When I do a text search on the OTRS directory for 'Communication with' it only shows up in: CHANGES.txt otrs-initial_insert.xml mysql.html RFC.html
None of which seem to do anything with printing tickets?
