Hi Willian, are you using postgresql? It is this issue probably: [ https://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13623 | https://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13623 ] I attached today to that bug report a MigrateArticleData.pm with the issue fixed by me. I successfully upgraded my instance. Matteo
