You might want to use 'bin/UnlockTickets.pl --all' to unlock all tickets. If this is too strict, you could comment the lines 117f. from bin/UnlockTickets.pl: # " AND " . # " st.ticket_answered != 1 ". Now UnlockTickets.pl --timeout won't care for answered tickets anymore. I advice you to create a new script, say bin/MyUnlockTickets.pl, by simply copying the original and change it there.
