[otrs] 3.0.13 rpm not available for Red Hat systems

Hi, I got this announcement this morning: http://www.otrs.com/en/open-source/community-news/releases-notes/release-not... But the rpm is not available for RH systems: http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/RPMS/fedora/4/ -> otrs-3.0.13 not available Thanks, Ugo
