Not really. Lets say, one of the webservers are down for maintenance and
are not avaible for lets say 2 hours. Then an administrator or my boss
himselfe want to annouce this to every agent using otrs. Therefore I would
like to have a modul or an Menu Item where this notifications are announced
in OTRS and every announce is log.

in apache and simply restart it ?
