I'm new in otrs, i use it few months back. It was works fine. Today it doesn't kork, when i try to create a ticket from customer it give this error:

I read an other mesage similar to mine, but solution proposed "Just make some free space available in /opt and you will get thru the problem" don't work...
I can create ticket from User.
