[otrs] Help about creating a draft file

Hello everybody, I am quite new in using OTRS... I would like to know if there is possibilty to create a draft queue. I meen, to have a queue where to put all the emails you want to send later, once you are sure you want to send it. I am using OTRS 1.3. I would appreciate any sugestion and help.
