Hi leonardo,If you have the availability to point to both the db you can try to execute alternative a run to SQL Benchmark: inside [ Support Assessment ] (available via package manager)
I don't know if it could give a relevant benchmark in general ...hth

I just want to give them strong reasons to forget about MSSQL for OTRS, so if you guys have facts or experiences you could share here, I much appreciated it.
