You can find an altered package for the Change Management installer in the bug report, plus a package called 'parent' which you'll need when installing on Perl 5.10.0 or lower.
Hi Mike, now I'm worried :-| Marius and I had that installation problem _but solved it_ by restarting apache before the installation of the change management package. Are there hidden problems so that we should update to ITSMChangeManagement-2.1.2-TEST.xml anyway ?
