Dear OTRS Team,

We have implemented the OTRS version--3.1.11,with mysql version-5.5.

We are facing problem while creating the Auto-Response in OTRS.It gives the following error:::

The Connection Was Reset---"The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

Kindly provide us proper response.
