I just update it. The same result. What should I check to make sure I am using the wright version. What file(s) ?
It is already adressed in 1.2.3. It might be you're running into
inconsistencies due to having chosen the CVS version.

After updating I get the following error while running the PostMasterPOP3.pl :
"Can't locate object method "GetAllUserIDsByQueueID" via package "Kernel::System::Queue" at /data/otrs/Kernel/System/Ticket/Article.pm line 273.
Same here. Seems, you hit the sharp part of using a CVS version. Update again. Latest version of Article.pm is now (1733h GMT) v1.63. Additionally, check if you have assigned the correct auto response type. To send an auto response in reply to a freshly created ticket, you'd choose 'auto reply' - not 'auto reply/new ticket'.
