I have the same problem. I did an upgrade from 2.3.4 to 2.4.6 yesterday.
The tickets are still visible on the dashboard and through the search function, but they disappeared on the MyQueues view.
Any hint?
Hello Frank, I regret, I have no hint except waiting. As described the problem suddenly disappeared one or two days later. But please notice that I did no upgrade, I just changed the article storage parameter. And I never had a 2.3.x installation. So you could have the same symptoms but with another cause.
