[otrs] Error: Need TicketID!

Hello List, now i have another problem, after changing some settings in the adminpanel i try to create a new ticket from customer CPanel. now this error appears: Fehler: Need TicketID! But i don´t know what the problem is! I found a message in the archive that the DB connection is not ok. But everything is working except to create a ticket. Thx a lot Tilo
