hi, i am new to otrs, using otrs 2.2.7 on debian. problem is when a owner is assigned to a ticket, the ticket become visible only to that owner agent, but my requirement is the ticket should be visible to all the agents. how should i meet this requirement. plz help, thanks -- regards: Amanpreet Singh
