I install the survey module 1.0.17 and create a survey with question, all of this without problems, but how I send this to customers ? like, after a ticket closing.
There is no documentation, but I can give you a short explanation. You can only have one Survey set to be sent at a time. This survey will be sent when a ticket is closed, and as in the standard installation, the customer has not been sent a survey in the last 300 days (you can change this). The customer will then become a link where he can answer the questions on the survey so long as the survey is still in a master or valid status.
