That is not the proper way of creating an email ticket. The email
address should be dedicated to OTRS.

I have a query, is it possible that otrs to open a ticket automatically when an email is sent out to its address (Example: noc-support@photobox.com).
**(Basically "noc-support@photobox.com", is an alias group which contains some agents)
