It's currently not possible to add more then one "individual" attachment. But the best solution in your case would be to add std-attachments (FIX.EXE and EXPLAIN.PDF - http://host/otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminAttachment) and this std-attchments to a response (e. g. problem abc123 - http://host/otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminResponseAttachment). -=> If the agent is composing an answer by using a std-response (e. g. problem abc123) it's possible to select the added std-attchments (one or more!!!).
