We ship indeed a small number of modules in Kernel/cpan-lib. If you
want OTRS to leverage the library you installed rather than the one in
Kernel/cpan-lib you should be OK by removing them from
Kernel/cpan-lib. Please be aware that we do update the files in
Kernel/cpan-lib so usually you would not need to bother.
Why are you asking? Do you have an issue caused by some out-of-date
version in Kernel/cpan-lib? Please let us know...

I wonder, if i remove this directory /var/www/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib
will otrs look for perl modules already installed in system, or how can i do this behaivor?
