
Hello Luca, you wont be able to do so: OTRS will always get ALL mails from your pop3 server, even if the mail has already been received. So you will get many ticket-duplicates You can of course try to change the POP3 script to move received tickets into a folder, but I dont think the pop3 implementation will allow you so. You may have this possibility with IMAP though.
