Hi, I´ve been playing around with OTRS v2.4.6 and was able to exclude
(since we do not want to use these features) phone ticket/email ticket from the
navigation bar through the option…
Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration
…at Admin -> Misc -> Sysconfig
But I am not sure this is exactly what you need since for us, enabled/disabled
in all views theses buttons. Maybe there is an item like this (ModuleRegistration)
specifically for the Dashboard. Just an idea. Hope this can help.
