[otrs] Bulk-action and Compose Answer

Hi all, please excuse my English. I would like ask whether is possible to send the Response more than one Ticket. For Example: I have twenty Tickets with the same Problem from different Clinets. I want to compose Answer and send this Answer from all Tickets all at once. Is it possible send this Ansver via Bulk-action Module? Is it possible combine Bulk-action Module with Compose Answer (email) Module? I thank you for your advice Lubos Novobilsky lnovobilsky@802.cz
