I think I didn't get your point the first time. I now went to Customer users <-> Services and clicked on Edit default services and checked all of the options.

That's weird. I didn't configure that for any of my services, and yet those 12 services seem fine. I'm going to take a look more. If you (or anyone might) have any more ideas about this, please do let me know. Thanks!

We run actually with more than 30 services.
They all must be either associated to one or more customers or marked as
default service.
Check your configuration at "Customer Users <-> Services"
