RE: [otrs] when adding a new user i get an internal server error

Hi,

when adding a new user i get an internal server error - i cant provide any more information. there is nothing in the apache access/error log re what the error is

any ideas where i can start investigating?

details: fedora mysql apache2 installed fine (?) and can login etc.
