[otrs] How to turn off email validation?

Great program! Everything is wonderful! But I can't find one thing: how to tune register graphs on the customer page (customer.pl), without any confirmation of his email (I am afraid that most of email system now blocks a lot of email and most clients won't manage to activate their registration).
