Does anyone have experience with both GSS ( formerly issutrak http://www.thinkgss.com ) and OTRS? Which piece of software supports a better helpdesk implementation? Which would you recommend? GSS supports an inventory modules with an automated collection utility. For those of you using OTRS, how do you handle inventory? Another program or extend OTRS? Thanks for your feedback.
