sh SetPermissions.sh /opt/otrs wwwrun nogroup

Have you ever had this problem? I have the owner of /opt/otrs as wwwrun:nogroup thats the only way i could get it to run.
Have you tried running /opt/otrs/bin/SetPermissions.sh?
