You could also search recursively in the 'company' OU and have a requirement for users to be in a specific Group to authenticate.
I use the following lines in my Config.pm
$Self->{'Customer::AuthModule::LDAP::GroupDN'} = 'CN=OTRS_Customers,OU=Security,OU=MyGroups,DC=MyDomain,DC=local';
$Self->{'Customer::AuthModule::LDAP::AccessAttr'} = 'member';
$Self->{'Customer::AuthModule::LDAP::UserAttr'} = 'DN';

We have users in two different OUs that I need to be able to authenticate to OTRS. What's the easiest/best way to accomplish that?
It's like this:
company
|-1
|-2
|-3
I want to authenticate users from OUs 1 and 3, but not 2.
