This would be an issue to take up with your email application. If you don't know how to reply to an email with your email application, that would be beyond the scope of this forum.

This cannot be true, as I've told you previously where the agent's emails exist. You cannot add agents without adding email addresses.

They are not alias email addresses, and a human never touches marlene@domain.com.

I just need to know how to make their notifications go to their email that they do touch (msmith@). And not their OTRS email address (marlene@)
as this only results in it being pushed back into OTRS as a new ticket.
