Hi Nathan, there is no way to do this OOTB; other than using OTRS 2.x.
OTRS 3.0.x uses the popups. If you don't want to have popups,
obviously it would be possible to change the code base to create new
windows instead or so but this would involve writing code.

I need to disable to popup windows when working with Tickets/Work Orders. I know there is a way to disable this but I have not found it.
