[otrs] Permission Problem

Hi I did install using RPM and used the setpermission script as follows : /opt/otrs/bin/SetPermissions.sh /opt/otrs otrs apache apache apache However, if I do try to access The page i get the following error: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /otrs/ on this server.
