Hello Installing OTRS made me afraid to destroy my operating company squirrelmail in my RH9 server, I can say now that the installation of OTRS on a RH9 server already fitted with apache and an operating squirrelmail is straightforward . 1) have your RH9 server running with your httpd and your squirrelmail from red hat 2) *dont forget to create the otrs user account* 3) install otrs*rpm 4) oops , i forgot to install the mysql rpms find them in the Red Hat CDs, *with --nodeps* for some of them, since there is a loop dependance between them 5) install otrs*rpm 6) http://......./install.pl 7) classical otrs start procedure 8) check your squirrelmail, and then your otrs ! 9) play ... Thanks a lot, and congratulations to the whole team for all this very nice work ! Jerome
