Hi all,

i'm doing my first install with otrs , and run into the following. I've made a test ticket, and did some tests with excalation. Now i neatly got those warnings that a ticket was overdue, but the ticket received a respons, and the warning didn't go away. The ticket is even closed now, and still i get : Ticket 2008100810000022: update time is over (-66 hours 14 minutes / 10/08/2008 17:11)!
I then set the escalation times and stuff for that queue to 0 , moved the ticket, merged the ticket, nothing helps.

any pointers on this ?
