could it be that a running postmaster is still running ? this could be real if it has a lot of mail or the mail server where you attach to is overloadaed or he is unable to disconnect previuos session.<div><br></div><div>ps -ef | grep PostMasterMailbox.pl return something ? if yes did you try strace the pid running to see what the process is doing ?</div>
