Hi,

from customer.pl, when customer tries to create ticket, nothing happens.
No log in Otrs, apache .

I created a customer, group, assigned group permission, logged in succesfully via customer.pl, but then nothing happens, once he click on submit.
Click, and then goes to same screen of ticket creation.
