
Thanks for the response, Yes I do use mozilla. I have been working in OTRS adding users all afternoon and have not seen any problems. So this does not appear to be a reproduceable problem. I am using mod_perl on apache, so I am guessing that I changed something, and then forgot to restart the webserver that was causing this. So I am not seeing the problem anymore. Thanks, Alex

Is this reproduceable? Do you use mozilla as web-browser?
