Hi Sergio, these two modules are part of a normal OTRS installation and can be activated via SysConfig, they aren't added from ITSM. If you need some of the ITSM modules I really recommend to install all of the ITSM modules. You should not have any disadvantages and you can block unused modules by altering the group rights. It will make your life much easier. I'm also no fan of doing full installs of unknown software but the ITSM modules are rather one single package in contrast to the other additional modules like survey and calendar. I think only few users use the possibility of leaving some of the ITSM modules out.
