You're really still running OTRS 2.2? I think I remember that there is a setting to explicetly set an email adresse instead of th empty enveloppe, but I can't remember it from the top of my head and I'm not sure if it was available in 2.2. I never used this version, I started with 2.3 in 2008. I know that the parameter is in sysconfig though. Ugo
