[otrs] Is X-OTRS-TicketKey working?

Hi, I ve read in the DOC that it is possible to Create "X-OTRS-TicketKey" The X-Header has been set but OTRS doesn't put the Key into to Database. Is it implemented yet? BTW: Fucking cool tool! Thanks Martin. Marc
