Hey People,

I have a question how to solve a problem with the new Version of OTRS. The System was migrated from OTRS Version 2.3.4 to the newest one, yesterday. Now some customers are complaining that they do not get a notification with the comment of the last agent whom closed the ticket.

I thought I could enable this by adding Notification on Event but it does not work the way I want it to. I do not want to klick on a link to answer the Ticket, just want to close it, in the status bar and what I write in the Body should be sent to the customer.

Is there a way to do it, or can it only be done by clicking on the "Answer" link or what ever you wanna call it?
