System Log comes up empty? Now I know that’s not right… Currently have OTRS 2.4.6 with ITSM 1.3.2 installed on Windows Server 2003 using StrawberryPerl
package.
Will move Linux-based if I have to.
Umm, I checked the Queue and the other thing, and they are all valid.. Do I need to have a “Customer User” created for the ticketing to work?

Did you associate the mail account to a queue? Is the queue active? What do you see in /otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminLog after you click on the Run Now link on /otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminMailAccount?

Did you set up a POP3 or an IMAP mailbox? I'm asking because if it's POP3 and if some other mail client has that same account configured, OTRS won't be able to fetch any messages.
