Hi Sujeeva, thanks for your answer. Yes, I found the logging configuration in the Admin Panel. Unfortunately, even with logging mode 'debug' activated there's no information about fetched mails except for their number. Did you check Admin Panel-> System Administration - > System Log
Alternatively, login to server and locate to: /opt/otrs/var/log/otrs.log
