  1. enable customer group feature.
  2. create customer group named customers.
  3. set the default customer group like customers, users,
  4. define the ACL like this;

$Self->{TicketAcl}->{'ACL-Name-1'} = {
        Properties => {
             # current ticket match properties
             CustomerUser => {
                     Group_rw => [ 'customers', ],
             },
     },
     Possible => {
             # possible ticket options
             Ticket => {
             Type => ['Incident','Incident::ServiceRequest',],
             Queue=> ['1st_Line','1st_Line::Desktop','1st_Line::Notes','1st_Line::Networking','1st_Line::Application','1st_Line::Telephone','ServiceRquest',],
         },
     },
     };

work fine..

Hi,

 

Does anyone know whether  it is possible to create different templates of "type" in admin interface to assign for each clients?

 

I intend to configure only "Incident" and "Service Request" for the customer and configure "Incident", "Service Request" and "Problem" for the help desk analysts.
