We have three agents who oversee OTRS and all the tickets and I am curious if there is a way for us to each see all of the open tickets. Instead of only seeing the ones which are not owned by anyone or the tickets which are only owned by a particular agent. Does version 1.3.2 address this? I would like it this way so that agents can send e-mail to each other, reminding them of open tickets. They can only do that if they know of them being open. Any help/advice would be appreciated. thanks marshall
