[otrs] I'd like to see the entire message in Queueview

I have tried both "Standard" and "Lite" in my prefs for Queueview, and I don't like Lite because it shows none of the body of the message and I must Zoom to read it. But I don't like Standard either because it doesn't show the entire message, just the first part. So I still have to Zoom to read the entire customer message.
