Any help appreciated, Just upgraded from 2.2.2 to 2.3 to 2.4.4 last night. Everything seems to be working great at first glance, but when I start working in OTRS (ie. Closing a ticket or something) I get these error messages in my Apache error.log: -e: Use of uninitialized value in hash element at C:/OTRS/OTRS//Kernel/Output/HTML/Layout.pm line 1567, <DATA> line 275. [Wed Oct 14 09:51:25 2009] [notice] Parent: child process exited with status 0 -- Restarting. This causes Apache to restart. I am using Windows and MS SQL, installed OTRS from the .exe installer after I upgraded and migrated the DB. I did receive some minor errors in the migration, but I was able to correct them (I think). I have loaded the 2.4.5 patch to resolve another issue, but it did not fix this one. Any ideas?
