[otrs] Reopened tickets

Hi, How to get stats about tickets that are or have been reopened ? My boss would like to get the history of reopened tickets. (Reopened as in "Closed successfully then opened again") Thanks, Ionel -- Ionel GARDAIS IT Team manager
