
Just place them in a different queue and let a generic agent run once in a while to close them / discard them. Be carefull though - such autoreply behaviour can cause you to land on a spam list quickly... If we use postmaster filter to close the tickets, the auto reply which is set does not send out. If we use the auto reply it leaves the tickets open. Is there any solution?
