Greetings, In the INSTALL file for OTRS 1.0.1, step 3 mentions: 3. Install tar.gz: --------------- [. . . . ] $shell: chown -R /opt/otrs/* otrs Shouldn't it say: 3. Install tar.gz: --------------- [. . . . ] $shell: chown -R otrs /opt/otrs/* Just my .02 cents. Gnik
