Hello all...
 
I have facing a problem with using polish letters in OTRS.
 
For example :Writing anything using polish letter for creating ticket, so after cerating ticket th e polish characters get replaced by its ASCII code or other special characters.
 
Ex-  ‘połączeniem się’  becomes ‘połączeniem się'
 and  'Berczyński' becomes 'Berczyñski'
 
What to do ..?
