[otrs] Skip files with Error bin/otrs.ArticleStorageSwitch.pl -s ArticleStorageDB -d ArticleStorageFS

      Hi Guys,

I want to use the File System for Article attachment storage but when I run
"bin/otrs.ArticleStorageSwitch.pl -s ArticleStorageDB -d ArticleStorageFS",
I am getting some errors against some articles, I want to know if it is
possible to skip these articles and leave them in the database.
